We have been working directly with the manufacturer for 15 years and as we purchase hundreds of containers each year therefore we have a fantastic relationship. If we ever have an issue with a panel or inverter, which is rare, we simply replace it immediately and we are credited for the item by the manufacturer. Every panel and inverter have unique product codes that are registered directly from the manufacturer to the client providing a direct link through the warranty.
